If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time.
What are my payment choices?
During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you.
When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?
Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. We will ship your order shortly after we receive payment from you.
What is the return policy?
Freestyle Depot only offers refunds on unopened/unused products. If an item has a manufacturer's defect, please contact the manufacturer of the item. In the case that the manufacturer cannot or will not honor any warranties, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll review your order for further action.
In order to return a product to Freestyle Depot just follow these steps:

2. When we receive the return, we'll refund you your money or exchange your item and send you a confirmation email in regards to it. If we refund your purchase, expect the funds to return to the card with within 48 hours of our receiving of the return. For exchanges, we ship all replacements within 1-2 business days after we receive the return.
*We don't offer ANY refunds or exchanges on handlebars that are cut to order. Any set of handlebars we cut are final sale. If you are completely unsure what riding height you ride, select "No Compatibility/Only Cut to Size" and "24" when ordering handlebars.
Once a shipment is displayed as delivered by the shipping carrier, we are no longer liable for it. If the tracking number provided to you doesn't work or shows an error, please contact the carrier to claim a dispute or to place a tracer. We do not offer refunds or replacements for lost or stolen goods. If you require special delivery instructions, please indicate them at the time of your order.
