Lost Shipments
Once a shipment leaves our warehouse, we are no longer liable for it. If the tracking number provided to you doesn't work or shows an error, please contact the carrier to claim a dispute or to place a tracer. We do not offer refunds or replacements for lost or stolen goods. If you require special delivery instructions, please indicate them at the time of your order.

International Shipping
All orders placed outside the Unites States may incur brokerage fees or duty taxes. These fees vary and aren't paid by Freestyle Depot.
